O2 Sensor Sanity Check

I'm about to order these two O2 sensors from Amazon. Can someone check that I've selected the right ones? I believe I have a non-cali spec, but I've attached a picture for reference.

Just replaced mine a few months back. Got an almost 3 miles per gallon boost from it. I have the 3.4 liter (1cat) system in my 97 and the Downstream part number is the same but my upstream was part 234-4162.
