OBX Catback 03-05 4Runner Toyota Exhaust Stainless

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has tried this exhaust? If its significantly louder? If it fits well?

I saw on eBay and was curious (didn't see it on the OBX website)...OBX Catback 03-05 4Runner Toyota Exhaust Stainless - eBay (item 170488679455 end time Apr-14-11 16:27:44 PDT)

I know lots of you run the OBX pedals. The quality of their products are pretty good.

i've purchased an obx catback, not for the 4runner but a honda prelude. I can't say its good quality. Welds were poor and fairly thin, sound isn't very nice, and did not fit exact. But you get what you pay for...

I've not heard good things about OBX products on other cars, and never seen anything produce by them that I'd ever consider paying for.

Making pedal inserts and catback exhausts to me, seems like apples and oranges. Yeah I love my petal inserts. Does that mean they will make a quality exhaust system? I don't think so. I have no experience with it, and I never heard of it, that might not make me an expert, but I have gathered my own thoughts based on the facts.

OBX manufactures lots of exhaust for other cars such as civics, 240sx'es, and other cheap sports cars. I've not really heard the best of things from them, but piping is piping, I suppose.

I would not touch any OBX exhaust product. Hell you couldn't even pay me enough to have that garbage on my truck. There have been some people that have tacos that run their headers and exhaust and don't like them.

Looks pretty ricey to me. I wouldn't want that on mine. You get what you pay for. Stick with the known brands or find a good muffler shop that understands what you are looking for.
