Well sadly im out for this year. It's bitter sweet though because we will be calling Grand Junction Colorado home and having Moab an hour and forty five away ain't to bad hahaha! Ill definitely plan for next year though. To everyone going safe travels and have a great trip!

If I remember right, last year between the chili, the burgers, and all the sides, there was even left overs, no? Long as we all keep bringing food for that cookout I think everyone will be happy, fat and satisfied.

I'll smoke a few pork shoulders Friday. I live about a hour away from the cove. Friday morning I'll put the shoulders on the smoker, then drive to the cove set up camp, drive home put the shoulders in a cooler and head back to the cove. I'll provide buns for sandwiches and tortillas for pulled pork tacos. Someone else needs to bring sides. I'll need to know the number of mouths to feed. I could easily cook enough pork for 30 people with my two smokers.

Wow, sounds like a lot! Yeah we are at about 98% yes, we have to bring the two dogs with us this year, but looks like we are for sure.

No pavement princess, its an awesome truck actually. I think i talked him out of selling it. i think he was mostly just irritated with the exhuast leak AWD with no a-trac.
