FACT! He has an okay reason to be squirrely about me putting in leave... I'm just *****ing about it. We are spooling up to go abroad and our ship date got moved to the left about a month. So I have to do the rifle/pistol range and a bunch of other stuff. I've been TAD since July 5 and don't get back until early September. I'll have to take over scheduling training when I get back.

I feel like I've been on the outside looking in on this conversation! But now that there's so much penetration and hole stuffing being talked about, I'm all in! I just got off the phone with Will at The Cove and he has set aside Camp 2- sights 21-31 for us, which is the entire campsight South of the entry road. First time he has done that (though we typically have most of it).
We have it all to ourselves!
Thank You Will! He seemed pretty excited that we are making the trip again this year- he's a Toyota guy too. They have a no-frills built SAS Tacoma for a recovery vehicle and Will also patrols the grounds in a LandCruiser.
This trip will be here before we know it!:thumb:

WHO IN THE F**K WAS SWEARING?!?! I think I'm going to bring along something to share. I may call it my "ODE TO DOUG". Hahahaha. You gonna still bring your pooch along with the larger crowd? I'm thinking I may leave mine behind. They haven't been exposed to that kind of crowd unless you got some suggestions.
Crazy how the stories have grown the event into what it is.

Yes I will have one dog with me.... mine are used to crowds from showing so no biggie.

I really don't want to jeopardize our trail riding privileges in any way. It was not easy to convince them to let us use the trails- as far as I know we are the only "small group" that is allowed to do so. We gotta somewhat behave!

Oddly enough I did hear it in full on [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION] voice too. I figure we will be shooting our mouths off enough, and there will be plenty of colorful words. I guess no need for anything that goes boom unless it's on the range.
