OD, cruise, and 4WD stopped working

Overdrive, cruise control, and 4 wheel drive stopped working, but unsure if it was all at the same time.

Vehicle is a 2000 Limited w supercharger, 132k easy miles, stock w no mods.

Only remedy I’ve tried is a trans service, w all new solenoids - no change.

There’s no CEL. The OD light comes on as it should. The 4WD light does not come on as it should.

When de-accelerating or coasting, I can feel OD engaging. I determined that thermostat is OK from this as well, as when vehicle is cold, it won’t engage OD when coasting.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

That doesn't make any sense.
When accelerating it would normally come out of O/D and when decelerating you would never feel it.

Have you checked fuse 23?
