Yes, you can swap whatever color LED you want, wherever you want. The only problem I can think of is that since they're generally quite a bit brighter than a halogen bulb, you may get a little color bleeding where they're different colors.

As I understand, the gas gauge and engine temp is one bulb ? And mph and rpms are two bulbs ?

There are three LED bulbs behind everything, one left, one center, one right. You wouldn't be able to just do it easily. You could modify it and add in bulbs if you wanted.

I just said you couldn't. You could put two different colored bulbs back there if you want but the colors would just mix. It's a big opening back there for three bulbs. Nothing is separated.

I think your best chance at two tone would be to use white LED's and then try and find some type of colored film to put on the back of the gauge face. OR you could get some custom gauge faces but that's a bit more expensive.

This. Gotta use white leds and make an underlay. If you do that though, you can cut it to look whatever color you want wherever you want.

For the blue film, I got a clear blue plastic folder at Staples and cut to fit. All the other colors are stock. I just put the blue plastic under where i wanted it and let the rest shine through its stock color.
