The trans cooler bypass is a pretty common topic these days, but in all the threads and how-tos for bypassing the cooler in the radiator, I've never seen anyone post a picture of the actual 3rd gen cooler. So here you go:
Sorry I didn't take exact measurements, but still you can see how tiny this thing really is. I took this picture about a year ago when I replaced my radiator due to a leaky end tank. Out of curiosity I ripped open the lower end tank to get a look at this.
