I like the ideas behind those products, but those prices are absolute rip offs. Maybe they can design a product that I want, but wait I can find some friends that are programmers and try to rip everyone else off. Well now that I made that statement let me tell you my plan as I have no desire to over charge anyone. I want to buy the IPOD Photo, and send the picture to the Eclipse AVN5435. Currently you can only send photos to the video out, and not the song screen. I'm looking into ways of modifying the firmware so that I can send the screen that is displayed when the IPOD is playing to the navigation screen. So far I have had no luck, but I'm sure that at somepoint someone will figure it out, or Apple will change their settings on the next generation. I could go with the Iriver movie player which has a video out, but I would rather do it with an IPOD.
