OEM IAC Replacement or is an Non-OEM Ok?

Thoughts?

I have a 98 3rd gen limited with 190k miles and I believe my IAC needs replacement or cleaning.

I'd rather just replace the IAC at this point and am wondering if anybody has experience with non-oem replacements. OEM seems to run for ~$225ish but non-oem go for around $70. Is the extra $$ worth it here?

I bought an aftermarket IAC about 3 months ago, it was faulty, had an internal leak. Then I bought an OEM one and it's good.

mine was clean as a whistle and operated freely, but the coil was bad. I went the $50 aftermarket one and it works fine. I also ran it with the IAC unplugged and the armature held in place by a dab of epoxy at a precise idle speed. one didn't work any better than the other!
