OEM seat heater switches for Aftermarket Leather?

Today, I added aftermarket leather to my 4Runner and I declined the seat heaters. When I picked it up today, it was in the 30's and the seats were COLD.

I'm considering going back and having them install the seat heaters. I'm not a fan of the switches on the side of the seats and I'd prefer to use OEM seat heater switches. The place who will install them said the OEM switches are 7 wire and their switches are 5 wire so the OEM switches will not work with their heaters.

Does anyone know if there is a way to use OEM seat heater switches with an aftermarket seat heater?

The link to the Rosta 4Runner seat heaters uses switches that match the OEM dash switches and fit in the blanks. They are not lighted nor do they have the variable rheostat --- they are HI/LOW indicated by one bar for low and 2 bars for high. A bunch of us here installed them with just a couple folks getting defective switches which were promptly replaced.

there are two ways to set the heat settings at the module.

1. leave the blue loop wire in tact. This will cause position one to provide heat to the back element only and position two will provide heat to both seat and back.

2. cut the loop wire. In this case position one will provide low temp to the seat and back elements and position two will provide higher temps.

Illuminated switches would have been nice.
