Oem shift knob?

I'm trying to find an oem shift knob and no junk yard has a 4runner, or even a pick up, with the dark brown color interior I have. I'm thinking trail gear knobs, but I'd rather it be an oem knob. Anyone know anywhere to get an oem one???
