I really like those trail edition wheels!
Anyone know how much you could reasonably get for a set of the stock tires off those trail wheels if they have low mileage?
I really like those wheels, but don't care for the tires so I'm wondering how much I could get for them to put towards an AT tire. Maybe I should start a separate thread...

Thanks! Honestly, I think it'd be a matter of finding the right buyer to get the most out of the tires. I, like most people with these wheels, bought the take offs from a brand new vehicle (less than 100 miles), therefore, they're practically new. But as you mentioned, they aren't the most in-demand tire, therefore, finding someone may take some time for the right price.
The previous owner did mentioned he considered the same thing, but that Commercial Tire was going to only offer him $60/tire for trade in value. With a new set of good AT's costing roughly $800, that's still a good amount out of pocket after the trade in credit, plus the initial cost of the take offs.

Love the new TE wheels on 3rd gens. They look great!
and for reference.. here's mine on some 5th gen SR5 wheels on 35's. Barely fit without spacers but only cus of the Icon UCAs. Stock would have rubbed. The tires did rub the piss out of the frame when turning tight, though lol.
Had them for a short period of time as they were borrowed from a buddy of mine after I sold my beadlocks and was waiting for the SCS wheels. Only pic I had with them on.

What wheels are these from? I dig these the best! I think it would sweet with a semi gloss black and aggressive tire.
Here my shitty contribution, I never got a side profile before I swapped back to stock.
Off an 89 Pickup. wrapped in 31' BFG AT Plasti dipped black. 16'

I got these off a 5th gen sr5 they are 17s w/ 255/75/17 and i have no rubbing at all. Threw on some hankook dynapro atm and love them.

Oil rub bronze metallic painted sequoias on 285/70/17 toyo RT tires.
How do you like the Toyo R/T's? I'm looking into getting a set when I order new wheels. Can you provide some insight on the wet road traction and how well they perform in dirt, sand and mud?

Recently I bought 4 slightly used TRD wheels from this guy in Houston for $350 total. I think this is a great deal since I sold my 5-Stars for $200.
The next step is to wrap them in Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ 285s!
