OEM vs FJ/Bilstein

So I have a 03 Limited with xreas/rear airbags. This is my wifes daily driver that sees zero offroad driving, and is 100% stock. (I have a moded Tacoma for that stuff)

I wont be replacing xreas due to costs, so I am looking for the "cushiest" ride possible, think Cadillac I realize i will get some more body roll, but want the softest ride. Current setup has 135k Miles.

So to acheive this;

Non-xreas OEM shocks or Bilstein 5100 set at 0? (OEM shocks seem priced similar)

And

New OEM 4runner front coils or new OEM FJ Coils. I don't really care if I get lift or not, just looking for softest ride.

Softest ride, in my opinion, would be Bilstein Yellow shocks/struts and OEM 4Runner Coils.
