OEM vs Poly pivot/rotation ?

So with factory bushings the rubber slops around, but also takes the pivoting/rotation action.

When you replace the rubber with a poly bushing. The slop goes. But where's the pivot go? Does the bushing slide with the arm and spin on the center sleeve, or vise versa?

The polyurethane bushing is supposed to rotate around a tube inside the bushing. Little grooves in the bushing hold the grease to lubricate the rotation. They have to be disassembled and greased every so often, Whiteline told me 10,000-15,000 miles when I talked with them on the phone, if I remember correctly.

I haven't had a single creaking or annoy noise since switching to poly bushings. Some people have reported increased noise when switching to poly, but I think that is from improper lubrication and fitment.

I got no noise either, mine is actually quieter now that my lower control arms aren't clunking. Steering is tons better also.

The bonded design fails when we lift the vehicle as it is constantly at max articulation, so they rip/tear.
