Off Road driving training

Can anyone suggest where I can take some coaching or training in off-road driving with a 4WD? I live in the Southern California region (Orange County). Classes or training in the radius of 60-80 miles will not be a problem.

I am not planning extreme off-roading. Before I venture out with my 4WD, I would like to understand the dynamics and limitations and how to make my experience fun and enjoyable.

They're about 50 miles north of L.A.

There is also:
