Off-Road Lights mounted to Bumper?

I pretty much did the exact same thing with mounting it on the beam that runs behind the bumper. My friend owned a welder so i used the piaa 1400 series and welded straight onto the frame. i wish i had pictures to show you guys but the car is in georgia right now with my brother.

Does your brother have a digital camera?

nathannookie,
Did you get the driving lights or the fogs? I was going to pick some up today, but couldn't decide which to get.

weekendwarrior,
Did you ever get your truck back from your brother?

In front of the bumper. I was going to make some brackets that will mount to the beam behind the bumper then come through one of the openings. If you look back on this thread you will see some photochopped pics.

Momo

Make sure to take plenty of pics of the brackets. I'm interested in doing the same thing.

Thanks

I got the driving lights, only because I already have the optional Toyota fog lights, that illuminate the immediate vicinity pretty well themselves.

If I didn't have the existing fog lights, I'd have gotten the fog version. Maybe both fog and driving. Four lights up there could look nice, and would illuminate everything.

I've started a new thread;
http://toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2898
as I had some concerns about their water tightness.
