Not a bad set at all. Hella makes nice lights at a good price, Im a pretty solid PIAA fan but they can be spendy. But with lighting there are different beam patterns, beam color etc, etc. So choose what is important to you first then go from there.

you can get two 5'' pro comps add in 100w bulbs for about 50 ! and there metal !

$150 is an AWESOME price for those as they usually are well over $200.

yeah, but the PIAA ones have cool Yellow and blue tinges to the light!!

No, not at all.

I will take a picture of mine so you can see what they look like. I will also attempt to take a night time shot with them on so you can see their power.

supposedly the IPF 900's are 3x brighter than the Hella 500's. Im pretty happy with my 500's but wouldnt mind trying these, keep us posted

Here are some attempted comparison photos, so you can get an idea of the performance of the lights. They are low beam vs high beam with driving lights. It's always hard to get good pics of this sort of thing, so I tried a few different spots and made sure the camera stayed on identical settings for all the pics. In one set I was lucky enough to have deer in front of me when I switched on the driving lights, I had no idea they were even there until I did, which just goes to show how beneficent they are.
The last pic shows how much grill area they occupy, in reference to your earlier concern.
