Yep! My 4wd has been acting up again, so I was in H2 the whole time. It didn't look deep at all when I first went in. But it had rained the night before and the truck just sank in. I tried reversing, but just kept spinning. Like I said, my two options were to go deeper to the right and risk locking up or try going to the left, but the left was at a higher level, so I would've probably rolled over. At this point I was freaking out. So I just kept turning the wheel and floored it hoping it would catch on something and it did. Went straight and too the left, luckily it was a lot more shallow over there. Flooded everything but the drivers side seat.

Thanks! It's amazing how flat it feels from inside the truck. Then you go out and look at it from outside and become shocked at how articulated it is.

Went out to Hollister OHV to hang out with the toyota120 guys and had a blast. This was the trucks maiden voyage with the new Icon stage 5 kit and 18" Duratrac setup. Long story short, the truck killed it out there. Good times!

Your truck gives me a mega huge boner. I don't plan to lift my black sr5 anytime soon, but, when i do. I want to basically copy your setup. It looks mean, without too much bling. Good Work sir

So far so great. I bought them knowing I had 30 days to return them if they don't work out. I've looked for reasons and none have come up. The 275 is a sweet width. As smooth and as quiet at 80mph as my DuraTracs. Louder at 30-40mph. Tested in heavy water & slush earlier in the week and never slipped. I likely won't have them on hard packed ice / snow until later in the year. While they won't be great in those conditions they seem perfect in everything else.

It's this route:
If you're coming from the town of Idyllwild, you'll make a left onto McGovern Rd. just outside of town (33 45'43 N, 116 44'15 W).
The trail is scenic and has a few somewhat challenging sections on some of the off-shoot trails. Enjoy.

Sounds like a great course to take. I learned from guys who were trained by Bill Burke and I definitely feel the difference from quality training in my confidence levels.
