My two favorite things, MTB and wheelin...good stuff. Are there 4x4 trails up there that allow for shuttle runs? Looking forward to hitting the trails of Tahoe once the snow melts.

No sure, ran out of time to explore the entire area. Drove up there after doing the Tahoe Rim trail and camped. The next morning we headed to Downieville, that was an epic day.

You be suprise how capable the LE is. Seems like picking the right line pays off, manage to keep all my bumpers intact.

Very nice view of Lake Tahoe. Some parts are a little sketchy, a was a bit nervous heading up there when we were the only one and losing daylight quickly.

notice the zip ties holding the trail edition valence on (least favorite part of the trail edition... more to tear up and come apart) :noidea:

Are there after market covers for the valence? Seems like someone should be making some sort of aluminum/steel cover especially since that part of the truck is so exposed.

Do you use the locker a lot? I may be getting an SR5 this weekend and I'm coming from an FJ with a locker. I rarely used it the past 4 years but am not sure if I'll regret not having one.

A locker helps... Atrac always figures it out, but it takes a while. Locker is instant traction.
