Okay guys, I have an update but I will need your help here:

Ordering will start in a few weeks. Cascadia tents has told me that they will not take anyone's money unless they have the tent ready to ship.

What does the stock look like?

Some tents are in stock, others aren't. - Please don't ask which ones are in stock, I do not know.

This is the plan -

Group shippers - will call in their order.

Single shippers - will place their order via a coupon code <-- No, I don't have it yet. Hold your horses guys.

1. I need everyone that is in group shipping to choose a shipping captain. Shipping captain will be using his address for delivery of tents. I need that shipping captain, and shipping captain ONLY to PM me and let me know how many are in his team, the CITY and STATE - no need complete address, and please tell me who is on your team VIA spot number. To keep this simple, don't include everyone's name nor tent selection. Please, only shipping captains PM me - I need to keep my sanity.

I will then compile the group shippers and let Cascadia tents review which group shippers he can take care of based on availability of tent stock.

Also, this will let Cascadia tents know which single shippers they can take care of per stock.

Please keep in mind, ordering will be based on stock. Not based on list order.

As of this post, I am locking the list - no more adding people, not even adding someone to group shippers - even if there is a spot available. <-- to prevent confusion, but I will add you to the alternates list for later ordering.

Once we start hammering down thru the list, we will work on the alternates list as long as we remain within 150 participants.

ramonortiz - don't know if this is relevant, but I'm actually going to drive down to Bend and pick up in person. Not sure if you needed to know that or not. Also, if there are any other folks ordering from WA state or OR I could possibly arrange to pick theirs up as well (trailer) and drop off.
