I am interested in a Cayley. I don't necessarily need the Annex. Any idea on pricing and timing yet? Thought I saw 20% off somewhere in this thread, but not sure if that's official or not. I could make the drive to Bend to pick it up.

20% is the official discount, that's what its always been on past GB's too.
No idea on actual timing but in the past the GB is active the first half of April with pickup/shipping starting soon after. I think Bobby @ CVT is stockpiling tents as we speak....hence the sign up with tent models listed, that way he can start to order a certain quantity of each tent based on the list and get the ball rolling ahead of orders being placed.

I have the Cayley and unless it's just you, or you and your significant other, get the Shasta. My wife and I are not very big people and it's SNUG in there. I wish I would have gotten the Shasta.

99% of the time it will be just me. im 5'9" and about 240lbs. size is the biggest issue for me. I don't want to take up the whole roof rack with just a tent. I need some storage for my rotopax and hilift as well. thanks for the heads up!

The group shipping works best if you have 3 or 4 people (depending on tents, etc ordered) and the person receiving the shipment (pallet) has access to a loading dock and/or forklift. Its cheaper to ship the tents together on a pallet and by having a dock you can avoid the lift gate surcharge most companies require to ship larger items to residential addresses.

You must organize the group prior to ordering and be sure to let CVT know when you place your order that your's is to be held and shipped with whatever group.
