Okay supp review time, just wanna share what's been working for me right now so here we go.
attachment.php

Hemavol - been taking it for about a month now, only worked for me when i take the max dose(2 scoops), but i deff feel like my muscle is tighter and more swolle during workout, is it worth the money? if youcan get it under 25$ then it's worth it.

three-tubs2.jpg

Craze- great pre-workout, very cheap compare to other brands, the feeling of energy and strength is insane but it does wear off after a week so it's best to cycle it 1 week on 1 week off. side effect:extrem thirst, high caffine. this will be my preworkout from now on.
yohimbine-hydrochloride-25061_1.jpg

Yohimbine HCL- took this product to help with fat burning, the magic number for me is 10mg, you deff feel the thermogenic effect, your body just feels hot, it helps to suppress the appetite extremely well, will recommend for those who just need that extra push for cutting. cheap as hell too, i'll start pooping 2 of these in the morning from now on.

on-creatine-powder.jpg

ON-Creatine Monohydrate: the basic form of creatine, i like it just because i can control the dose having it being just creatine, very cost effective and works wonders, a must have.

pGNC1-13112820t300x300.jpg

Jack3d Micro- little bit more pricy but still a good pre workout, taste a bit weird but the energy delivery is very smooth and i dont feel jitters taking it, only thing it the effect wears off after a hour of taking it and you left with just the caffine.

pGNC1-7072391t300x300.jpg

Oxyelite pro (old formula) - super super expensive, yet when i take it i feel like utter crap, its a superthermogenic but all i felt was just a head rush and then followed by hour and hours of crashing, worse product i've spent my money on.

super_advanced_whey_protein_450_white.jpg

Walmart bought cheap protein, made by bodyfortess, im not gonna lie i was having doubts this product will work as advertised just because its price. but i have to say it taste good it has the right ratio of protein to fat and it makes a banging ass protein pancake.

I like to work out.

I take a couple supplements.

I gets my swoll on.

day1
chest
day2
back
day 3
legs/abs
day 4
shoulders
day 5
bis and tris
day 6
Do anything I forgot...
Every other day
Some sort of leg exercise... 50 light squats, calf extensions, something. And core exercises.
I do 15 pull ups everytime I pee, and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.. .So I pee a lot.

Currently taking Muscle Pharm Assault (tastes like garbage)
Myoplex Light (Free through work... Ballin' on a budget)
Opti-Men Multivitamin
Water
Used to take C4 (Yum) with Con-cret (yuck)

Results are solid... Sitting at about 6'1", 185lbs, 12ish% bodyfat.

For years I didn't lift legs, trying to fix that now... Once they get up to size I'll probably be around 195-200lbs...

I never do anything with my legs + I'm already skinny as sh*t + 4 knee surgeries = the very definition of the term "chicken legs"

And dang Eric. Your skin is gonna start turning green and you're going to start flippin' over cars. You ready for that?

just stumbled across this thread, thought I'd toss in my 2c. I doubt all those supplements really do much, and they prolly arent all that great for you. I suppose i'd compare them to all these nifty gadgets and additives to increase mpg and horsepower. I was a powerlifter back in the day, and I tried cycling through a few different protein supplements, this and that, and honestly saw no difference in my performance either on or off just about everything they stock GNC with. If anything its gotta be a placebo effect.

the biggest gains ive ever experienced have come from eating quality protein(not necessarily meat) and balanced diet, lots of hydration at the gym(forces water into the muscles), isolating muscle groups, giving 2-3 days for muscle recovery, and alternating days weights/cardio. but maybe thats just me? suppose everyones got a setup that works for them

Although, it may be worth mentioning that all the pros who promote various supplements are on steroids, almost without exception....

I've been doing this long enough that i know what works for me. Just because supplements don't work for you doesn't mean they don't work for other people. saying stuff don't work without scientific research its just asinine.

Haha, man. There is a whole slew of those creatine meme's on the Misc forum of bb.com... You should look them up. Stellar entertainment.

Clem is no fun at all until you get over he headaches... But on a different note, just did 6 miles for a marathon relay team in Birmingham...

Yeah im not sticking needles into myself no more, no amount of muscles is worth peanuts and acne

I never had any negative side effects from anything I did... Maybe I was lucky, but I'm actually an advocate for anyone to educate themselves and try it...

just picked up some C4 pre workout today, cant wait to have a scoooooop before my workout tomorrow. bumped up a couple pounds in weights today. went from 30-45-40 reps of 12(30)-10(35)-8(40) to 12(35)-10(40)-8(45) on dumbbell press. and a couple in other areas:AK47:

Just stumbled across this thread as well but I strongly suggest any fitness NOOBs (noob check: younger than 25 or still in HS?) skip the supplements and just try to practice healthy eating with the occasional protein shake with their workout routine.

I was pretty into fitness when I was in the service and I can assure you that supplements will account for a very small % of your fitness improvements when working out. I actually knew quite a few "larger" guys who wanted to trim and despite their supplement based workout & diet, actually got fatter. Their mistake was not eating healthy (example: no processed foods) and not embracing a focus cardio.

Some supplements are actually pretty safe like Creatine and Gluttimine but even those only work when consumed properly.

If you are (jokingly) referring to steroids then you prob meant to say "cancer and/or long term impotence"
