Anybody have any willpower tricks or tips to share? It's tough to be around people (family)who can and do eat just about anything and maintain a 6pack. Yet I just glance at a desert and I get an extra pound of fat.reggers:

Yay, I finally got in a full workout today!
NICE! i got some coaching on Deads today, now 6 plates goes up like nothing.
6 plates total as in 315 or 6 plates per side as in 585?
i'm not going to the gym I just jog every morning in our subdivision and do my 4mins workout everyday....
315, back is still kinda foked, tried 405 got it up but form wasn't perfect. gotta get perfect form man, don't wanna slips a disc again
i see too many people like you who have hard time putting on weight destroy their body to add water retaining fake muscle. real muscle takes work. i hate to say it bud but nothing in life worth having comes easy.
+1
Dedicated lifters always get asked what they are using/what their secret is. No matter what you use, you still have to work hard. If you feel like you hit a plateau though, switching up your routine(muscle confusion) and doing pyramid sets seems to do the trick for some. Whatcha think, T4r4life? yay or nay? how do you get past plateaus
+1 to what everyone else said. I've been on a slow and steady bulk for a while now and it's way more effective than just trying to put on quick weight.
right. they think its muscle but its a lotta fat and no body wants fat unless yous a chubby chaser![]()
I've been wanting to take some sort of MMA or boxing class forever. I started doing kettlebell training recently too. How do you like the BJJ?
I know this is off topic but its just too damn funny not to share:
