Officially joined the club, picked up my 99 Limited today!

I'm curious if under the sunroof controls can you disconnect the switch? I'll explain later... I got the rig for a steal so she has some things about her

Congrats and welcome. Is it just the picture or is there a big dent on the driver's door?

Not so much a dent, more so a crease/flex mark.

She also has a couple of depressions in the roof in the soft areas (inbetween the support bars) as if some jackass thought it was funny to stand on it... I've already removed the damaged passenger running board and the driver side is coming off tomorrow. Despite the increased look of ground clearance I like it with the running boards better.

Like I said, the passenger one was damaged, it really took away from the truck. So rather than try and purchase another running board right now, the dammaged one is at the dump and I'll take off the driver side but hold onto it in case I score a deal on a passenger one.

With so many people on this forum deciding to remove their running boards, I bet you could find a pair of used ones for under $50. Post a "want ad" in the classified section of this forum. Newer ones from 06 and 07 runners only go for about $60, so yours should be easy.

Yup it is a 4x4.

How do you find the dynomax super on your 4runner?

The Dynomax Super Turbo is just an after market muffler that has a louder sound and some say it gets you a little better mileage because it is more free flowing. You can get them at Advance Auto Parts or a similar store, and then take it to a muffler shop and have them install it for you, since tubes need to be cut and the new muffler needs to be welded on.

Yup i totally agree with it, its better than stock and the sounding is very nice to the ears you'll really appreciate the sound of it at high revs but very quite while idle i saw a promo about it and its called Dynomax Rebate
