offset help

I ordered wheels for my truck but have not had them put on yet. They are MB TKO. the size is 17 x 8.5 with 3.5 backspacing and +25 offset. They will have Hankook Dynapro all terrain 285/70/17 tires on them. My question is with that backspacing and offset will the wheel stick out kind of like a 1.25 spacer or will it still be tucked under like a stock wheel. Would like it if the wheel sat flush with the body. I've also been debating changing the tires for the Nitto Terra Grapplers All terrain also. Its the 50,000 mile warranty that has me sticking with the Hankooks I just want it to look as aggresive as possible.

The back spacing is 5.74" if the offset is +25mm.

In order to get a 3.5" back spacing on an 8.5" wheel you would need an offset of -32mm.

The new wheels will sit out a bit further because you will gain .5" outward from the width (8.5" vs. 7.5") and about .2" from the slightly lower offset (depending on what OEM 4-Runner wheels you had to begin with).
