I read an article in the paper that Pelosi and other Dems bribed reps for their votes. They promised aid for states in return for votes. I really hope the senate doesn't pass this 20 pound pile of garbage. We would all be in a lot of trouble.

I have already sent out e-mails to my 2 Senators....they are both in agreement with my feelings on this subject. I hope you other guys will also contact your senators and tell them how you feel:

It should die in the Senate. The house has a much larger majority and even then they only got it by 4-5 votes! Hardly a landslide, more like a 1% margin. How many senators are willing to martyr their carreers in these times? Looks like Owens will be a one year wonder, he campaigned against the bill and then voted for it.
