Anyone install and oil/air separator on a 2020/21? If so would you be able to post some photos on where you've been able to attach it. Toyota has rearranged under the hood a bit for these years and there doesn't seem to be any space to attach an oil/air separator.
There should be room on one of the inner fenders....

Unfortunately, on the driver's side there really isn't. Was on my 2015 but not on my 2020.

Possibly there is room there. Was just hoping I could run shorter oil lines.

Are they really necessary on a 4runner?
That's a really expensive oil catch can (IMO). I'm sure there's cheaper alternatives.

No. They're not necessary on most cars, but Subaru "dictated" the need for them by building a terrible motor and made them popular.
If you have high crankcase pressure they can be useful and they have their applications, but they're a waste on most cars, especially non-forced-induction cars.
