Oil in Throttle Body and cleaner ?

just changed my plug wires wanted to clean my TB I have oil build up on the inside of it (truck gas 230K) I don't have any TB cleaner anything else I can use that I may have laying around the garage?

Isopropyl alcohol works. Perhaps you have some in your bathroom.
