guys- working on oil leaks on my 3.4 motor- oil pan removal- replacing the gasket- there are two gaskets in the set from the auto parts store- they tell me the windage tray is sandwiched between the oil pan and the bottom of the block- any experience in replacing the gasket? Also - book tells me i have to remove the timing belt and the crankshaft pulley as well as the flywheel houing cover- is this necessary? I have access to all the oil pan bolts- it does not look like anything is blocking the oil pan from coming off once the bolts are out- any advice? thanks!!

I'd say try pulling it off and see if it'll come off, I don't see how any of the things you listed would keep you from doing it.
