Time to change my oil soon and wondering if i should change the type. What kind do you use? I have 144k. regular, synthetic or high milage? thanx

More info is needed to decide the best route to take, are you the 1st owner and put all those miles on it, how often do you change the oil, does it burn oil, does it loose oil.

Do you wanna stay with short intervals or go long interval, how is your driving, highway or city, mixed

i bought it with 130k on it. I beleive i am the 3rd owner. most of my driving is city dont really care about the intervals
