If anyone was wondering i did this same install and it was about 2 hours and 45 minutes, an 1:30 off and 1:15 to reinstall. I got the new used 3rdmember for around $225.

Wow...that's great! and only $225 for the third member? How did you get it so cheap? What gear ratio do you have? E-locker?

My uncle has some contacts from when he has in the salvage yard bussiness, if i find out where its from ill tell, im running 4.10's and no elocker.

I got mine from Jim's Yota Yard in Denver for $500, but it's a 4:30 with E-locker. I wonder if it was so much more because of the gear ratio, the locker, or just the market?? Anyone? I'm not complaining though...I'm very happy with the outcome. Just curious...
