"It is amazing that this dealership has survived! Unproffesional, rude and crooked only begin to describe these people. We were shuffled around from person to person, left to wait for over an hour without any explanation or apology and basically treated like a "sale" rather than human beings with feelings and needs. Jeff, the sales manager we spoke with, was condescending and could not offer any valid answers for any of the questions we had. We will never go back. In this economy, everyone should be sure they are giving their money to companies they want to support. Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota should not be one of them! We went down the road for our new car. You should too. Any of the competitors is a better choice."

"If you wanto to buy a automobile from unprofessional morans , thats the place to go. They dont even have common knowledge of their own products ,let alone have respect for customers and co-workers. Do not take your kids there, its not a family place. Racial slurs and sexual comments are thrown around during work hours. Never will I go there again and i do not recommmend anyone else going."

"My experience with Olathe Toyota was so horrible that I ended up walking out and driving 210 miles away to do business elsewhere!Their staff was completely rude and their method of doing business is completely unethical! Don't waste your time like we did, they completely consumed 4 days of our time playing games and toying with us and the end result was being insulted, cursed at and screamed at by Casey Williams (a manager with Olathe Toyota)!We aren't the only victims of this dealership, there are many, many more so head my warning and don't become a victim yourself!"

On the positive note (unless he works for them):
"Great dealership. We have bought five from them,its always been good. The service is next to none. They treat you very good,and are always friendly. Our daughter just bought one also,they took care of her also. Good place to buy a vehicle."
Just to be fair I'm sure there are plenty happy customers that used above mentioned dealer but realy strong reviews are the ones you see here. There are some BBB (Better Business Bureau) cases that went nowhere because dealer is the member of BBB since 1995 (paid membership). I think there is no excuse for poor customer service with so much competition and poor economy these days.
