From last weekend's trip to the mountains for our anniversary. Hit a lot of good spots on this trip!

Finally got the front fenderwells clearanced to fit 315's. Currently sitting at 295's, but figured I should get things dished out to fit bigger if I ever decided to go that way:

Hey Pat, do you recommend traveling/driving up to Banff in the wintertime? Are roads usually cleared within a few days of a storm? Wife and I would love to see snowy Banff this winter!

Winter is the best time for Banff and area. I've never been stranded anywhere in the mountains during winter, but it could happen I suppose.

I'm not even half way through and am in awe of the shots in this post. Absolutely beautiful. Great rigs too of course but the terrain and scale of the places here is just phenomenal. Kudos to the photographers. Thanks for sharing.

Hehe, thanks. If I had to guess, if First Blood was shot anywhere in Canada it would be in logging or mining country in British Columbia, based on what I've seen of it.

Just got this thing home from the shipping outlet down in Sweetgrass.
I've had a chance to give it a good inspection and from what I can see, it looks like CVT has done a good job with this one!
Might be a while before they're available in decent numbers though, FYI.

Only thing I have changed so far is to swap out the 3" M8 bolts and nyloc nuts that come with it to 1.5" bolts and lock washers. Much easier to get on and off the Flat Rack that way!

I really like the new locking strap system they came up with; very easy to use. Time will tell how durable it will be, but so far they seem pretty tough. This was a major complaint with the old Mt.St.Helens model, so it's nice to see it was one of the first things they changed.

Comes with a zip-on awning too, which was a really nice touch!
