Hey everyone. I picked up my 3rd 4 runner a few months back, a 2007 Sport. I've been so happy to be a part of the family as has my sister (she's on her 4th one). I've been reading this board now for a few months and am finally getting a chance to register and become a memeber of the gang. You all are very knowledgable on the Runner and it has been educational so far on many subjects and I can only hope to contribute to that in the future. I haven't posted a picture of the old girl since other then adding black leather and tint to it, I haven't done any other modifications, so at this point, seen one black one, seen them all.
That being said, when I saw trijicon's posting about his powder coaded wheels (I'm not sure how to attach an old thread yet but attempted below), I knew that it was going to be my first change I had to make. I'm getting close to making the step as well as changing out the original Dunlop's and picking up Nitto 265/70/17's. Since reading the forum, I notice that many of you have moved up in tire size but I haven't seen much about what success you've had on getting rid of your old tires. Have you been simply turning them over to the tire place you made your new purchase at or have you been able to sell them off to recoup some of your outlay of cash ? Thanks.
