so after a lift what do you guys do with the old springs and struts,toss em in the trash or is there a market for em?

At the very least there's scrap value to them. Don't send them to a landfill.

I sold my old springs on Ebay for $70 and $50, respectively.

Put lots of info on it and be sure to include the Toyota Part #'s. Took me over a month but they did sell. Don't be afraid to lower the price and offer free shipping. Also be upfront and honest on how many miles they have. Luckily mine looked brand new, not a scratch or spot of rust anywhere on them.
