OME 2" Leaf Spring lift - Super rough ride

Hey guys.... at a loss here. This is my 4th 1st gen and 2nd that I've done the OME leaf spring swap in the back with 1.2" BJ spacer up front; Bilstein's all around. The other Runner I did turned out great. This is one looks perfect too, but the ride is horrible. Super bouncy. Could it be bad shocks or bad springs?

Should add that the bounce is coming from the rear... front rides fine.

What are the Bilstein you installed?
Are the rear shocks the R4600 (24-011402)?

Is it the stock pack or did you remove a leaf or two?

You should remove the bottom overload leaf and the 3rd leaf from the top of the pack to soften the springs up.
