I have a question. I have been reading and searching all over but can't find exactly what I need. I currently have 1999 talls on tundra 5100s on the 4th perch. It netted me about 1.25" from stock 99 height and I'm happy with what I have. My question is, I'd like to have a linear rate coil that I can set on the bottom perch (stock height is second perch) on the tundra 5100s. The longer the linear coil (without excessive preload), the more linear the actual suspension will be. I was looking at the 881s but I'm not sure they will get me to my current height if I install on the bottom perch. The 882, although advertised as a heavy coil, shows to have the same spring rate as the 881 (500lbf/in). My real questions, is anyone running 882s on the bottom perch of tundra 5100s and how is it? If not, are people running anything on the bottom perch and what kind of lift are you getting?
