I purchased a Bilstien 6112/5160 kit with OME 889 rear coils that was lightly used. I got everything installed and the rear feels way too stiff. It seems like it’s riding quite high in the back and has almost no flex/droop when you jack the rear end up. Coming down out of my driveway or over a speed bump is smooth for the front, but extremely rough for the rear. Rear coils are in the perches properly, and I made sure I reinstalled the rear trackbar axle side bolt while it was on the ground under load. I sadly didn’t think to measure before installing, so I don’t know how much lift I got, but I’ll attach a picture of the oem and current rear height. I’m looking into replacing the rear coils with ICON 52700 (2” lift, 210lb rate) since they are lower and a fair bit softer than the 260lb OME 889s, but wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience with the 889s and 5160s, or if something else is potentially going on. Vehicle is a 2016 SR5 with 3rd row seating.
