I recently installed OME springs in my 4runner. I had the Air Lift Airbags in the rear, and I really liked them while towing my Toy Hauler. I asked about if they would fit, and no one knew. The springs looked about the same size, so i figured i would try them. Well i got them to fit in the coils, but it was a *&%^ to get them in. I found that you don't need as much air as stock springs, since OME are heavier duty. I run them at 5psi when empty, and 20 while towing the trailer. Here is a pic.
