Finally got my Ome install done. Took some searching but for those who don't have The Time.. The Tools... The Know how..
or just more money than brains and want to pay some one... here is what I went through..
The dealer would not install non Toyota parts.
Talked with a Toyota Tech about after hours work. no luck
Called a 4x4 shop and was quoted $1000- $1200 plus parts
Called another 4x4 shop and they came in at $1500 parts included... $900 parts and $600 in labor and alignment.
Called Slee Off Road and talked to Ben and he said to go to a independent Japanese shop and ask for a quote on 4 shocks replaced plus rear springs.
$280.00 out the door (sans alignment) plus $815.00 for the Ome kit from Ben delivered to my door..
