my springs and shocks are shot, 180k. I would like to get a small lift and fix the rear sag. I would like to stay under $500. Install will be free.
Would this work with OME spings?
which ones?
I drive 99% on road

Rough Country Nitro 9000 Rear Shock Set 0-3" Lift, 9147 X2

Any better ideas?
Thanks

If you want to stay with 265s, do what Elton said, it'll give you about a 1.5" lift and be ok for towing here and there. If you want to run bigger tires like 285s (33s) you'll need some spacers on top of the 881s and for the rear, 890s or 891s. That will give you 2.5-3" of lift and allow for running the bigger tires. The 891s are heavier coils and better for towing, but if you don't carry a lot of extra weight, they'll ride pretty stiff the other 99% of the time.

thanks. I am happy with the tire size 265. I do carry 50-75lbs in the trunk area.

881/906s are probably the best for you then. If you want more lift and go with the 881/top spacers and the 890s or 891s, go with 890s because the 891s are rated for 300-600 lbs of consistent extra weight.
