OMFG.. please HELP~!~!~!

i just switch out the old struts and replaced with new one.. and there is a heavy steer wheel vibration after 68mph.... what could be wrong?? and it seems like car is still lower on my left driver side front... how can i fix this?? please give me your thoughts..

could be 2 things that i can think of
Alignment-to much toe out/ in causeing the tires to bow out
tire balance-pretty self explanatory

You might need to get a front end aligment when changing out springs/struts etc.

Correct that: you ALWAYS need a front end alignment when changing out suspension. Go spend $100 and get it done before you permanently cup your tires or work your steering rack.

Also, some people have issues with steering shake (or vibration) at about 65-70mph. Seems endemic with some 4Rs. Do a search - I can't recall if it's alignment, balance, wheel tightening sequence, rotors or ???-related.

i did all that..still lil bit of vibration..my mechanic told me that itz my tires...and my left (driverside) strut is in wrong place...

Rotate the front tires with the rears ones and see if the vib now goes to the rear axle. How can the strut be in the wrong place???

yeah its kinda hard to fuck up strut placement maybe he means the bolts werent put in right?

I had the steering shake problem too but believe it or not the correct tire pressure fixed it compeletly.
