? on 03 with JBL radio

I have a 2003 sr5 with JBL (not the 6disc in dash).
I noticed that my door speakers do not sound as if they are working. As well as the speaker in the rear. Would this happen to mean my factory amp is not working correctly? If so where is it and what are some simple checks I can make with a volt/ohm meter?

The amp is mounted on the subwoofer located above the passenger side rear wheel well. Check the continuity of the 20 amp radio #2 fuse under the hood. The fuse box is right behind the battery.

thanks that solved the problem, now i have to figure out why my rear door speakers are not currently working..
