Ever thought of CO2? Instead of building your own system, viair has some nice kits with everything included. I've built my own before kits were available and if i had to do it again id just get one of the extreme duty 100% duty cycle kits. ARB also has a nice high cfm compressor in a box, plan on spending a few hundred for a good setup.

I would install a separate isolated system just for the lockers. ARB already makes a nice small and affordable package that is actually pretty nice.

Even if you had the truck plumbed up and started finding leaks, long pressurization times, or pump failures, it doesn't effect a critical driving system.

The usual dual battery location has plenty of room for a ARB Dual.

You can also fit an ARB single behind the passenger headlight. That's my OBA plan for the future.

Right now I just carry a Viair 400P (portable) kit because the location most people install OBA is in the area the 2nd battery usually goes and I have a 2nd battery so that location is a no-go.

That said, I have Anderson quick disconnects wired into my bumper so the pump power is plug and play. Not as convenient as OBA, but its worked out pretty well.

Ill probably keep it around even after OBA on serious trips because one is none.

I have a Viair 400p that I turned into oba. I should of just bought the bigger single Arb compressor. With the cost of additional parts and a tank, I wish I had the portable for my Benz with no factory spare.
