Only the lock bottom on remote works?

Have any of you had this problem where suddenly only the lock bottom on the remote works? I tired replacing with new batteries and that didn't seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?

i have the same thing. perhaps the fob crapped out. i asked at the dealer and was told that since that works, it's not the complete system. a new fob will still need to be programmed though.
