I've got a new-to-me 95,000 mile 2015 SR5 (replaced my 4th gen V8, totaled in a wreck unfortunately), maintenance records show regular maintenance and there are no known issues. We live in Colorado Springs and drive through the mountains regularly. I miss the V8 and am considering adding a supercharger (Magnuson or Procharger), but most folks on the board who did the mod installed them on relatively new vehicles. Anyone see any issues with putting one on a vehicle nearing 100,000? Opinions wanted!

If the engine has been maintained, the only issue would be with ring seal. A higher mileage engine may have a little more blowby when under boost. Otherwise I would not worry about it. For what it's worth, I'm on my fourth SC car so I have some experience.
I am actually researching the same thing now, mine just crossed 110,000 and I am trying to weigh adding a supercharger to mine or selling and trying to get into a used 200 series. The supercharger would be cheaper of the two options, and I would likely retain better mileage than I would get with a 200 series. We have an xventure adventure trailer that we tow and the overall goal is to make the driving experience more enjoyable. I am basically looking at the supercharger as a means to carry us through the next 3 years until either a 6th gen gets released or the rumored off-road focused less luxurious land cruiser gets released.
