Options for coating/painting flares (skinny version)

Ok,Plasti-dipped sounds fine for the emblems but the on pieces that have a larger surface area might have to be re-done once every year or two and I'm looking at something more permenent so plastic paint or a bumper/trim coating that might be better than Plasti-dipped.

I am thinking of peeling all of my plastidip off and using SEM Trim Black.

It looks great and I have heard exceptional reviews over its durability.

$$$, though, $15 or so bucks a can.

Several on other forums *cough jeeps forums* have been using the krylon for their flares for a while. I've used it on a boat with good results. I plan on doing mine with Krylon soon...
