Orange County Toyota service recs

I've just about had it with Tustin Toyota. My tie rod end is weeping. Service advisor questioned whether the tie rod ends were swapped on my ICON suspension because he used to sell this stuff. smh

Get the truck back and his techs insist it's detail goop and not Toyota grease. I go under the truck and inspect myself in my parking garage and surely enough there's a tear in the boot.

Why is it that I have to deal with incompetent people who simply are too lazy and incapable of doing the simplest things?

Any service/tech names you guys recommend would be appreciated. Closer to Irvine the better. My car is under warranty.

Hey bud, I got to Tustin Toyota all the time and they tend to work with me for the most part.

Talk to Dan, I think his last name is Stanley... I work with him only for the most part and he is pleasant for the most part and a descent guy. Explain your situation and say someone else spoke highly of him and he would be able to help you.. Hopefully that will stroke his ego enough to go the extra mile

The only other Toyota dealership I know of around here would be San Juan Capistrano. I know they have a "Truck Depot" or department or something of the sort. I drive by it everyday to work. I've never been there, so i'm not sure of how good the service is, but they might be more truck friendly. Can anyone else chime in with experience?

Go to Elmore Toyota in Westminster and ask for Andrew in service. Tell him Les with the black 4Runner recomended him. Been going there for years!!!

does he make sure the actual techs that do the work know wtf they're doing on lifted trucks? that they take the care to torque bolts that should only be torqued with load on them, eg?

Toyota of Orange

Hey guys, new to the Forum. I used to have a '04 4Runner but totaled it a couple years ago. I used to take it to Tustin Toyota all the time and never had a problem. Just got a brand new 2014 SR5 Premium from Toyota of Orange. Anyone have any experience with the techs and maintenance there?
