Order tracking

What's up with your tracking? At first it said estimated delivery as the 19th for my order. Now it is stuck on just the "shipping information sent to fed ex for 4 days."

That's odd. I didn't have any issues with tracking. I even had questions for them during the install and they were great to work with.

I've had similar experiences before, not with toytec but other retailers. Tracking just says electronic shipping info received and then eventually it shows up.

*sigh*. Just got a call from them. The silver springs are back ordered. Wanted to know if I'd be ok with red. I say of course!

Just seems silly, you guys took my money and said it was shipped, then call me a week later to tell me it's back ordered. I'm still buying the lift but I'm a little disappointed with the situation. How about refund some of the shipping charges?
