Did you get the topout spacers or the old style that requires the coils to be removed?
The top out or easy instal kit is very simple by following the instructions from posts on here as long as you lower control arm bolts aren't seized up. If they are it's still not to bad but you will need a second set of hands and a leverage tool to force the lower control arm down while they slide everything into place.

its easier with a buddy, took me about 4 hours, could have been less but had a couple snags that took up a bit of time.. but its fairly easy good luck
